How long does it take to make a custom stamp?

What's the difference between self-inking and pre-inked?
Self-inking stamps have a replaceable ink pad that re-inks after each impression - best for frequent use. Pre-inked stamps have ink embedded in the stamp itself, producing sharper, finer detail - best for intricate designs.
Can I refill my stamp when it runs out of ink?
