What file format should I send?
PDF with embedded fonts is ideal. We also accept AI, EPS, INDD, JPG, PNG, and can work with Word/PowerPoint files though they may need conversion. All files should be 300 DPI in CMYK color mode.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days from proof approval. Rush service (24 hours) available for simple jobs. Large or complex projects may take 5-7 days. We'll give you an exact timeline when you get a quote.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! If you don't have print-ready artwork, our graphic design team can create professional designs for your project. Visit our Design Services page or ask for a design quote with your printing order.
What's the minimum order quantity?
We don't have strict minimums, but pricing becomes more economical at higher quantities. For business cards, we recommend 250-500 minimum. For most other items, 50-100 is a good starting point.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Absolutely! We provide digital proofs for all jobs. For critical projects, we can also provide hard copy proofs (additional charge and time). Nothing goes to press without your approval.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery in Mandeville and island-wide shipping throughout Jamaica. Many customers also choose to pick up from our convenient Mandeville location.
What paper options are available?
We stock a wide range of paper weights (60lb-130lb), finishes (glossy, matte, UV), and specialty stocks (linen, metallic, textured). We can help you choose the best option for your project and budget.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes! Provide Pantone color codes or CMYK values and we'll match your brand colors precisely. We can also color-match from existing samples you provide.
