What types of stamps do you offer?

How long does it take to make a custom stamp?
+Most custom stamps are ready within 24-48 hours. If you need same-day service, we can accommodate rush orders placed before 2 PM for an additional fee. Complex designs or specialty stamps may require 2-3 business days.
Can you help me design my stamp?
+Absolutely! Our team provides free design assistance. You can bring your logo, text requirements, or just an idea, and we'll create a professional design proof for your approval before production. No design experience needed!
What's the difference between self-inking and pre-inked stamps?
+Self-inking stamps have a built-in ink pad that automatically re-inks after each impression. They're perfect for repetitive stamping and last for thousands of impressions. Great for offices.
Pre-inked stamps have ink embedded in the stamp itself, producing sharper, more detailed impressions. Ideal for logos with fine details or when image quality is critical.
How many impressions will my stamp last?
+Self-inking stamps typically last 5,000-10,000 impressions before needing a refill. Pre-inked stamps last 10,000-50,000 impressions. All stamps can be re-inked or have replacement pads installed when needed.
Do you make embossers/seal stamps?
+Yes! We create custom embossers for corporate seals, JP and notary seals, certificates, and official documents. Embossers create a raised impression without ink and are perfect for adding a professional, official look to documents.

What printer brands do you carry supplies for?
+We stock toner cartridges and ink for all major brands including HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Xerox, Lexmark, and more. If we don't have your specific model in stock, we can usually order it within 24-48 hours.
Do you sell original (OEM) or compatible cartridges?
+We offer both! Original manufacturer cartridges (OEM) for those who prefer brand-name quality, and high-quality compatible cartridges that offer significant savings (typically 30-50% less) with comparable performance. We can help you decide which is best for your needs.
Will compatible cartridges void my printer warranty?
+No. By law, using compatible cartridges cannot void your printer warranty. We sell only quality-tested compatible cartridges that meet industry standards and won't damage your printer.
Do you refill toner cartridges?
+Yes! We offer professional cartridge refilling services for many models, which is the most economical and environmentally friendly option. Bring in your empty cartridges and we'll assess if they're suitable for refilling.
Can I return or exchange cartridges?
+Unopened, unused cartridges can be exchanged within 7 days with receipt. Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cartridges unless they're defective. All compatible cartridges come with our quality guarantee.

What ink colors do you have available?
+We stock standard colors (black, blue, red, green) and specialty colors (purple, pink, orange, yellow, brown). We also carry two-color pads and metallic inks for special applications.
How do I know when my stamp needs re-inking?
+You'll notice the impression becoming lighter or uneven. This is normal! Bring your stamp to us and we'll re-ink it while you wait, or you can purchase replacement ink pads and do it yourself - we'll show you how.
Can I change the color of ink in my stamp?
+Yes, but we recommend getting a replacement pad in your new color rather than trying to clean and re-ink. This ensures color purity and prevents mixing. Replacement pads are inexpensive and quick to install.
Do you sell permanent or waterproof stamp ink?
+Yes! We carry permanent inks suitable for various surfaces including fabric, plastic, metal, and glossy paper. Let us know your application and we'll recommend the right ink type.

What office supplies do you stock?
+We carry a comprehensive range including paper products, filing supplies, writing instruments, desk accessories, binders, folders, staplers, paper clips, adhesives, correction supplies, and more. If you need something specific, just ask!
Do you offer bulk discounts for office supplies?
+Absolutely! We offer volume discounts for businesses and regular customers. Contact us with your supply list and we'll provide a competitive quote. We also offer account services for corporate clients.
Can you help set up office accounts for repeat orders?
+Yes! We offer business accounts with NET 7 - 15 days payment terms for qualified companies. This makes ordering regular supplies easier and helps with budgeting. Ask about our account application process.

What types of printing services do you offer?
+We provide business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, letterheads, envelopes, invoices, receipt books, NCR forms, binding services, lamination, and large format printing. We handle both small personal orders and large commercial runs.
What's your turnaround time for printing?
+Standard orders: 2-3 business days. Rush orders (24 hours) available for an additional fee. Simple jobs like business cards or flyers can often be done same-day if ordered early. Large or complex jobs may require more time - we'll give you an exact timeframe when you place your order.
Do I need to provide print-ready files?
+Not necessarily! While print-ready PDFs are ideal, we can work with various file formats. Our design team can also create or modify designs for you. If you just have an idea or rough sketch, we can help bring it to life.
What file formats do you accept?
+We accept PDF (preferred), AI, PSD, INDD, JPG, PNG, DOCX, and more. For best results, provide high-resolution files (300 DPI minimum) with fonts embedded or outlined.
Do you offer design services?
+Yes! Our experienced designers can create logos, business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials. Design fees vary based on complexity. Simple modifications and basic layouts are often included with print orders.
What's the minimum order quantity?
+No minimums! Whether you need 10 business cards or 10,000 flyers, we can help. Note that larger quantities usually result in better per-unit pricing.
📦 Orders & Shipping
Do you deliver across Jamaica?
+Yes! We deliver island-wide. Free delivery in Mandeville. Shipping rates to other parishes vary by location and order size. Contact us for a quote or to arrange courier service.
How long does delivery take?
+Kingston/St. Andrew: Same-day or next-day delivery. Other parishes: 1-3 business days depending on location. Rush delivery can be arranged for urgent orders.
Can I pick up my order?
+Absolutely! In-store pickup is available and saves on delivery fees. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection. Our location and hours are on our Contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and for approved business accounts, cheques. Payment is required before order processing or delivery.
Do you have a returns policy?
+For printing services: We guarantee satisfaction. If there's a quality issue or error on our part, we'll reprint at no charge. For products: Unopened items can be returned within 7 days with receipt. Custom stamps and printed materials cannot be returned unless defective.
