Returns & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Reliable Printers & Stationery, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing, custom stamps, signage, and design services. Because many of our products are custom-made, our returns and cancellation policy differs from standard retail items.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom-Made & Personalized Products

All items that are customized or made to order, including but not limited to:

  • Rubber stamps (self-inking, pre-inked, dated, or custom designs)

  • Printed materials (business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, signs)

  • Custom signage, labels, or branded stationery

  • Design services

are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

This is due to the personalized nature of these products.


Order Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all artwork, layouts, spelling, and details

  • Confirming quantities, sizes, colors, and specifications

Once final approval is given, Reliable Printers & Stationery is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including spelling, formatting, or design choices.


Cancellations

Before Production

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
If cancelled at this stage:

  • A full refund may be issued less any design or administrative costs already incurred

After Production Has Started

Once production has started:

  • Cancellations are not permitted

  • No refunds will be issued


Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Produced incorrectly due to our error

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will, at our discretion:

  • Reprint the item at no additional cost, or

  • Provide a partial or full refund


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital design files once delivered

  • Services already completed

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer error

  • Orders approved by the customer with errors


Color Variations

Please note that:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, materials, and printing processes

  • Minor color variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for a refund


Pickup & Delivery Issues

  • Orders not collected within 30 days may be disposed of or recycled without refund

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not refundable


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
